I believe the patient experience begins from the moment you call our office. When you are in need of an appointment, you will be seen promptly, in an unhurried fashion. During your office visit, you will be the center of attention with your needs attended to as if you were a member of my extended family.

When you do call my office there will be no layer of recordings to navigate…only real people with a real concern for your health and well-being. My office staff will know you personally.

You will be able to see me on the same day or within 24 hours of your call. I intend to ensure there will be ample opportunity to understand and address your medical needs at each visit. In general your annual wellness exam will be 60-90 minutes and all other appointments will be scheduled for 30 minutes to allow enough time to address all of your needs.

Office visits are best scheduled when the full complement of staff is available. However, should you require occasional visits outside of our usual office hours we will certainly do our best to reasonably accommodate you.

If you are ill or otherwise unable to come to the office, I will continue to make house calls on a case-by-case basis.

During office hours, my staff will answer your calls directly. I encourage my patients to call with any questions or concerns regarding their health. If consultation with me is needed and I am unable to take your call immediately, I will return your call promptly. After office hours or on weekends and holidays, you can reach me directly on my cell phone for urgent issues at any time of the day or night whether you are at home or traveling.

If a parent opts to join my new practice, I will be happy to care for his/her dependent children between the ages of 12-26 without an additional annual fee.

I will serve as your wellness advocate and healthcare partner by working with other medical specialists involved with your care.

If serious illness or injury should occur, I will be there in the hospital as well as in the office to help you navigate the maze of modern medical care. I will offer counsel regarding serious illness and end-of-life issues.
